Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited is hiring a Regional HR professional for our operations in Tumkur and Chinthamani. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals with at least 1+ years of recruitment experience within the Microfinance, NBFC, or BFSI environment, looking to build a long-term career in HR.
This role directly supports the company’s manpower expansion and plays an important part in strengthening our field operations workforce. Candidates with strong understanding of branch-level hiring and MFI/NBFC business models will be preferred.

Understanding the Role of Regional HR (RHR) – Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd
Job Responsibilities (End-to-End Recruitment)
The Regional HR (RHR) is primarily responsible for managing recruitment activities for assigned branches/regions. The role includes:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews to selection
Handle volume hiring for field officers, branch roles, operational staff, and regional positions
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operational leaders
Maintain candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking
Field and Branch Hiring
Conduct recruitment drives in multiple locations
Engage with local colleges, employment networks, and referral channels
Build hiring strategies based on business manpower needs
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation for selected candidates
Stakeholder & Business Coordination
Work closely with Operations Heads, Branch Managers, and HR leadership
Understand manpower gaps and job requirements for every location
Provide weekly updates, hiring dashboards, and recruitment status
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure candidate documentation, background verification, and HR records
Support new-hire joining formalities and onboarding procedures
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong end-to-end recruitment handling experience
Understanding of microfinance operations and NBFC hiring environment
Excellent sourcing, screening and assessment skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage field hiring requirements independently
Willingness to travel within the assigned region for hiring drives
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of recruitment experience
Experience in MFI / NBFC / BFSI sector preferred
Experience in large-scale field hiring will be an added advantage
Qualification
MBA (HR) or MSW in Human Resources
Graduates with relevant HR recruitment experience may also apply
